FAQ
- Will photos I've drawn come up again? No. Drawn photos are remembered until you reset your draw history in Settings or on the Stats page.
- Does moving a photo to the Trash List delete it? No. Photos wait in the Trash List; they're deleted only after you tap Delete from Library there and confirm in the system prompt. Deleted photos go to Recently Deleted first and can be recovered for 30 days.
- Are my photos uploaded? No. Photos and videos are viewed and analyzed only on your device. Pickglow has no servers and collects no data.
- Why do some photos take a moment to load? With iCloud Photos' Optimize iPhone Storage on, originals are kept in iCloud and need to download first.
- Can my draw history sync across devices? Yes, with Pickglow Pro. Devices signed in to the same Apple Account sync the history through your own iCloud (only the history, never photos). You can turn it off in Settings.
- What's free, and how do I restore Pro? You can try 5 photo boxes and 5 video boxes for free. Pickglow Pro is a yearly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. On a new iPhone or after reinstalling, tap Restore Purchases on the Pro page. Cancel the yearly plan anytime in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
- How do I use the widget? Touch and hold an empty area of the Home Screen, tap + at the top left, search for Pickglow and add it. It shows photos from this day in past years; the medium and large sizes have Keep, Pending Delete and Next buttons. Tap the photo to open it in Pickglow with the rest of that day.
